fixed that now they all show up. Can you please go through them and delete duplicates?

looks suspicious. You have several of those in the BAT one. It's strange because it comes after some successful ones, such as :
0.926316] musb-hdrc: ConfigData=0xde (UTMI-8, dyn FIFOs, bulk combine, bulk split, HB-ISO Rx, HB-ISO Tx, SoftConn)
[ 0.926346] musb-hdrc: MHDRC RTL version 2.0
[ 0.926357] musb-hdrc: setup fifo_mode 4
[ 0.926383] musb-hdrc: 28/31 max ep, 16384/16384 memory
[ 0.926551] musb-hdrc musb-hdrc.1.auto: MUSB HDRC host driver
[ 0.926596] musb-hdrc musb-hdrc.1.auto: new USB bus registered, assigned bus number 2
[ 0.926956] usb usb2: New USB device found, idVendor=1d6b, idProduct=0002
[ 0.926974] usb usb2: New USB device strings: Mfr=3, Product=2, SerialNumber=1
[ 0.926987] usb usb2: Product: MUSB HDRC host driver
[ 0.926998] usb usb2: Manufacturer: Linux 4.4.113-ti-xenomai-r149 musb-hcd
[ 0.927010] usb usb2: SerialNumber: musb-hdrc.1.auto
[ 0.928223] hub 2-0:1.0: USB hub found
[ 0.928301] hub 2-0:1.0: 1 port detected
maybe you already did it, but just checking: what do you get when you power from VBAT and you connect the USB and then you do lsusb
? And does that get updated when you disconnect/reconnect the USB device?
