Hello everyone!
I am currently working on a little project with the Bela and wanted a little advice and input from the community about how to go about it. Essentially, I'd like to make a few little devices that are able to detect pitch, store the information, and then play it back (not audio recording, but actual pitch analysis). I've been doing some research regarding pitch detection, and at least in Pd, it seems like the most common objects that are used for this are "sigmund~" and "fiddle~". With that being said, I don't see them on the list of supported Bela objects, and are therefore not quite sure how to achieve this.
I've looked into alternative means for pitch detection utilizing other controllers like the Teensy and Arduino, but Arduino seems to lack the power that I need, and I am not familiar with the Teensy. I'd ideally like to utilize the hardware and resources that I already have. If anybody has any advice regarding this topic or has information that is accessible, I'd love to get a further understanding of how this can be done.
Cheers,
Maks
