giuliomoro Indeed, you need to use the saw carefully. I guess I've bent a few pins, though, but I've managed to straighten them out with pliers. The processor on the PocketBeagle is a bit too wide for these, though, so the pin strips wouldn't quite fit, so I had to file the plastic on the pin strips down a little bit, but it eventually worked.
As for the second Bela Mini - the one still not working - I've used the same approach (female pin strips soldered to a new PocketBeagle, original sawed-off male goldpins left on the Bela cape) so it's detachable (meaning that there's still access to both sides of the Bela cape).
