Is my Bela Dead?

Hi, I've been trying to boot up a recently received Bela but have been unable to access the IDE. After reading through a bunch of post on here I think my board might be dead?

When powered, the USER "D2" and "D3" LED's are solid with no heartbeat.

I have been troubleshooting with my friends Bela board and computer with the following:

Control setup:
My friends Bela Board with flashed SD cards boots up fine on his Windows machine and my Mac.
My Bela and SD card doesn't boot on his or my computer
His SD card in my Bela won't boot on his or my computer
My SD card in his Bela Boots on his and my computer

Do you have any suggestion or should I request a replacement board?

that means the CPU is alive, hopefully no hardware damage there.

Sounds like a corrupted eMMC to me. Try option A or B here to force booting from SD card https://learn.bela.io/using-bela/bela-techniques/managing-your-sd-card/#booting-bela-from-the-sd-card
