I think I fried my analog inputs by connecting a 3.5mm mono jack into it without series resistance. There was never voltage applied to it, but after I plugged it in and looked at my analog ins on the scope they are all dead/going crazy.
Bela is still working like normal it just seems like all my analog inputs are shot, which sucks and I instantly regret not carefully testing before applying power.
The mono jack was a final addition to a project I've put countless hours into, and am presenting for my EE final project in less than 2 weeks. Earlier today I had 8 analog inputs, 8 analog outputs, and all but one of the digital inputs connected and working like a dream. Now all my inputs are shot because I did something stupid.
Is there any way I can replace SMD chips that may have been fried by a bad input? Or do I just need a new Bela? I know there's not a lot of info to go off of here but I'm in a panic now as my deadline approaches and my project is now on hold til this is fixed
Thanks in advance,
Matt
