Input channels 2,3,4,5 are dead on the Multi

Hey all.

I finally got around to playing with my Multi and ran into an issue.

Inputs 2,3,4,5 don't show a signal, while 0,1,6,7,8,9 are working fine.

I've tried reseating the Multi + BeagleBone.
Nothing is physically obviously wrong with it ... It's just been sitting around waiting to be used.

Wondering if there's anything dumb I may have missed (other than not testing it right away when I received it ... <sigh>)

Can you read the version number from the Multi? It's on the back of the PCB, underneath the audio input labels

Are you using the input wing (the board with the stereo sockets on it)?

could you try removing that and looping back with a jumper wire a signal from output 0 back into the inputs 2,3,4,5 and compare them against those on 6,7,8,9 when looking at them on the Bela scope?

Ok, will do.

By "output 0" do you mean the left channel of the stereo out, or do you mean from row 0 of the multichannel outputs?

Output 0+ from the header with the audio outputs (you'll need to remove the output wing as well)

On 6,7,8,9 I see very low level noise.
On 2,3,4,5 I don't see anything. Flat.

Can you see if it's reading +1 or -1 (clipped) or simply 0 ? Then please email us with your order number.

Not clipped, simply zero.
