Brand new Bela Gem/Pocket Beagle 2 Rev A doesn't Boot

Hi there,
I received my Bela Gem starter kit this week.
At first connexion, had no boot.
Decided to follow some advices/common troubles from the forum so :

I've changed usb port.
Changed usb cable.
Disconnected the bela cape.
Flashed the sd card again the with this img and balenaEtcher : pocketbeagle2-debian-12.13-bela-v6.12-arm64-2026-02-05-8gb.img
Flashed on another sd card.
Then I took off the sd card, let the PB2 breath by itself and tried

system_profiler SPUSBDataType

When I could see

AM62x DFU Vendor ID: 0x0451 (Texas Instruments)

So I can assume my Pocket Beagle is alive ?
As a recommandation and a last attempt for now I tried to flash this image on my SD card :
pocketbeagle2-debian-13.3-iot-v6.19-k3-arm64-2026-02-12-8gb.img from beagleboard.org

Nothing happened, no boot up, just static red led and "sometimes" 2 green static leds.
Is there something missing ?
What else can I try ?

If two sd cards with the beagleboard image and without the Gem cape fail to boot it sounds like an issue with the PB2 itself. Can you confirm that's the case?

Yes that's the case, I even tried with a third !
