The Supercollider IDE is not going to run on the board. However, sclang already runs: the script you type in the IDE runs on sclang the board, and when you run the 7-remote-control example, this also starts sclang, this time just for the purpose of starting scsynth. Regardless of what script you used to start sclang, you can still talk to scsynth from the sclang that runs inside the Supercollider IDE, as demonstrated in the remote.scd and bela_complete_examples.scd files in the 7-remote-control example.
However, from your earlier post, and if @thetechnobear's answer is correct, it seems that all you need to do is send your OSC messages to the sclang that runs on the board, which by default listens on port 57120 (the server scsynth runs on 57110).
