When I start BELA from the RUN button in browser i have NO problems but when I try to power bela with a battery or also when I plug bela to computer i have problems with some effects (fft and similar). It seems like block size is not 128 like in the browser, how can i impose 128 size to autorun battery powered execution also?

You probably set the program to run at startup before you set the blocksize to 128. To "refresh" the settings for running at startup you should go to the IDE, settings tab:
- select the project to run at startup: •none•
- select the project to run at startup: your project
This should refresh the stored command-line options and work fine next time you reboot.
