I had an unfortunate situation. I bought a power supply and the flying bus cables that came with it had their keyed connectors installed backwards. I didn't notice this until I had installed all my modules and attempted to power up.
Nothing worked, of course, and after I realized what the problem was, I contacted the power supply manufacturer and they sent me new flying bus cables. At first, it appeared everything survived, but now I believe my Gliss is not functioning properly. One end of the strip is not very responsive, and it fails the Output test portion of the Factory Test steps. I had not used the Gliss until now, so I don't know if reversed power damaged it or if it was defective fromt he factory.
