The oscillator-bank example stops working if anything less than 4 oscillators is chosen.

Is there a lower limit of oscillators?

The example Extras/oscillator-bank is specifically optimised to run hundreds of oscillators and the edge case with fewer than 4 has not been tested. If you need only 3 oscillators, look at Fundamentals/sinetone, Fundamentals/sinetone-optimized, Fundamentals/sinetone-optimized-bank.
