The target 'runide' failed message when stopping Bela from IDE?

Hi all,
I just recently updated the Bela I work with to image v0.3.6b, 23 October 2018 (including flashing of eMMC); and I observed something that I've also randomly observed in previous versions:
When I try stopping a running Puredata patch (I've mostly worked with Puredata on the Bela) by clicking the stop button in the Bela IDE, I sometimes (but not always) get these messages:

Makefile:524: recipe for target 'runide' failed
make: *** [runide] Terminated
Bela stopped

I was wondering:

Could these messages be an indication that something is wrong with my PD patch?
Are they possibly an indication of something else being wrong in the system?
Is it possible to suppress them, and if so, how (if it is "safe" to hide them, that is, if they don't otherwise reveal problems with, say, my PD patch)?

It's not your fault, and there is no way of suppressing them. We have to fix the code. https://github.com/BelaPlatform/Bela/issues/521

Should the most recent image fix this problem?

No. As you may have seen on the issue page linked above, most likely this is not actually a problem, and the only thing we could do is hide the slightly confusing warning that is printed.
