Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to send MIDI CC data from Touchdesigner to Bela but I can't seem to get data in either direction. I'm running a pure data patch on the Bela which sends MIDI notes and receives MIDI CC.
- Touchdesigner recognizes Bela as a MIDI device in the 'MIDI device mapper', I set Bela as an input and an output device but get nothing in the Touch designer MIDI data log when Bela should be sending a stream of note data (which does show up in the Bela IDE log when I'm connected to that)
- I have tested the Bela using an external midi controller and it works fine.
- I've also tested my Touchdesigner patch with an external controller and it works fine.
- I'm not running any other MIDI devices or programs while testing.
- I've seen posts about renaming the data being sent from Touchdesigner to ch0CC1 vs ch0ctrl1 and tried both.
Any ideas for what I'm missing? Thanks in advance
