bela not booting - single LED flash only?

Hello,

I was working on another project when all of a sudden my Bela mini stopped booting at all - when I plug it in, all it does is flash a single time with the LED then do nothing. I'm a bit confused - I thought it might be shorting something so I disconnected all wires and external hardware, but the same issue persists. Is there anything I can try?

Was that resting on a metal surface and/or did it receive a voltage above 3.3V on any of the non-audio, non-analog pins?

Hmm, it definitely shouldn't have received any voltages above 3.3V. It is however possible it may have touched a metal surface - it had non-conductive tape on the bottom, but was mounted in a pedal enclosure, so it's possible it could have touched for a moment Is it likely totally dead?

Try removing the SD card and all cables, then plug in USB. If the PWR LED blinks briefly and then goes off, then yes that's the most likely outcome.

That's unfortunate - it seems like it's most likely dead then, sadly. I see Bela Minis are out of stock right now - any idea when they might come back?
