Hi everyone! I'm currently bulding a project with PureData on a bela with the Audio Expander Capelet atteched. I have a problem with the new added outputs, their input comes out really loud and distorted as compared to the original stereo output.
If I lower the output on my patch, while the volume changes on bela too, the sounds stills come out as distorted for outputs 3 through 10. How can I lower the gain for those outputs? In the IDE I can only find the option to do so for the original stereo output.
P.S. I have no jumper cables installed on the capelet

Where? How are you listening to it? That output is about 5Vpp which is bound to be louder than the codec's 1.8Vpp output. If you need to reduce the level you can do so by applying a gain before sending it to the dac~.

[dac~ 3]
should give you a clean output.
Hi Giulio! I'm monitoring the outputs with my headphones. If I do it this way it works perfectly. Thank you very much!
Also keep in mind these are line outputs and not headphone outputs so when plugging headphones directly into them they are likely to distort at low frequency and/or high amplitudes
Thanks!
