  • Trill square mode is set to DIFF in Pd but console reports it as CENTROID.

Please see attachment. All Trill Craft reports correctly but the Trill Square at address 40 stays in Centroid mode.
My goal for the Trill Square is to use the sensor pads 0 to 14 to trigger some midi notes and use pads 15 to 29 to set various velocities.

this simple patch works for me, can you check if it works for you?

Your patch works fine, like I want. A [print bela_trillCreated] still reports ''CENTROID'' instead of ''DIFF''.

    That's because when you create it uses the default mode of CENTROID. After it's created you change that mode. Printing only happens at creation.
