It looks like you may have a file called Bela Mini with Audio Expander somewhere that somehow is trying to be built ... not sure where that could be. Try running:
find /root/Bela/ -iname "*bela mini*"
in the console at the bottom of the IDE and see if anything gets printed.
Then, try adding AT= to "Make parameters" in the project setting of each project you are trying to build and build again, that may print some useful troubleshooting details.
