giuliomoro the PRU interrupt timeout / MCASP error could be due to some electrical interference on your board. Do you have any wires or cables that you are connecting/ disconnecting and/or touching while the program is running and/or any other sources of strong electromagnetic interference close to the board?
giuliomoro What hardware are you using? You'll also want to resolve the "double free or corruption" error to ensure that's not causing problems. That is probably due to some error in your program code, such as writing beyond the end of an array.
