Hi all, I am trying to connect both the Trill and Bno-055 gyroscope in parallel to use the same i2c input.The gyroscope works fine without the trill, but when connecting together, they do not work. I have a picture showing the connection and I'm not sure if it's the right way to connect it.
Do you want to share the picture? What is the address of the bno-055 and of the trills you are using?
giuliomoro Hi giulio, I just found out that the bno-055 adress is 028, which seems to be conflicted with the square I connected. Is there a way to change the address of square with out soldering?
No, you have to solder. You can use two different I2C busses to obviate to this conflict. Bus I2c-2 is on P9.19(SCL) and P9.20(SDA). You can then have two devices with the same address, one on each bus.
