IDE doesn't update (save) files

Hi,

I have a bit of a odd issue. I've powered on my bela and opened the IDE as usual, but for some reason, every change I make to a file is reverted as soon as I change the file. Seems like changes are only shown on the front end but not actually taken over to the back end.

is this a known issue? I already updated the board..

Well you are the third person to report this issue and we have yet to be able to reproduce it ourself.

It seems to be a strange host-related issue, though it seems to show up on different browsers on a user's machine.
So first thing I would suggest you to try a different browser.

If that does not work,, follow the instructions here to debug it. Please continue this discussion on the github page so we can keep all the relevant info in the same place.

This happened to me temporarily when I uploaded a new file and overwrote the old one with the same name. Changes in the IDE didn't seem to stick when editing the new file.

Another time I have observed this is when copy/pasting a large amount of text (big section of code) into a file in the IDE. Never did wait long enough to find out if it was just a processing delay.

I solved the problem by using the IDE buttons to dele all the files I wanted to replace and re-uploaded them.
