no and if there was, it would be through USB-MIDI ... is this a Bela or BelaMini? Bela has an ethernet port which is more 'rugged' than the USB-mini, so that could be another option to access the board. One could also try to access the board via a USB-A to USB-A cable that plugs into the USB-A port. With a firmware change, this port could be made to behave like the other one and the connector is much more resistant ! You could have something like this that you plug in as needed. Or you could consider have a USB mini or micro -> to USB B panel mount breakout, such as this, or there are also some versions with a 90-degree USB mini connector.
