The delay to power up the speaker

Hi I have a question on the delay to power speaker.
As we know, the LED can light up immediately when the current goes through. The delay can be smaller than 1 microsecond. What is the delay since powering the speaker? May it be smaller than 100 microseconds? Thanks.
