jarm jamesstaub Someone on the flucoma forum DM'd me their old Bela builds: https://discourse.flucoma.org/t/guidance-building-for-bela-platform/876/27 Sadly haven't yet been able to try them out
markh jarm Hiya, did you manage to try this out yet? It would be awesome to have Flucoma working on Bela
jarm markh sadly not yet! They are also releasing builds frequently so perhaps the builds I have are already out of date. Hopefully I'll have time over the summer... I encourage anyone to beat me to it!
jarm giuliomoro this all worked btw, thanks I have added a link to this thread over at the GitHub gist for distcc on Bela
jarm Managed to get it to build by removing the transient objects, haven't tested yet: https://www.dropbox.com/s/69cws5sd30ji5bu/FluidCorpusManipulationBela20220721.zip?dl=0
plate-of-shrimp Hi, I was able to build the current CMake on Bela but still need to test it on a couple of audio libraries. I actually got here from the distcc Gist since I was interested in speeding up my next build of CMake.
jarm New builds on the releases page for SuperCollider, Pure Data and C++ https://github.com/jarmitage/flucoma-bela
Anton_Lapov jarm thank you for sharing your builds! I am curious how stable is Bela when performing programs with FluCoMa externals due to your (or anyone else) experience: especially regarding usage of objects for Pd? e.g. Have you experience any problems when you run patch/programs for a long period of time? I think of using Bela for an interactive installation (run Pd patch continuously for 3-4 days) but I am cautious a bit since your builds require experimental 0.5.0alpha2 version of Bela..
jarm Anton_Lapov I haven't used very complex patches, but I have been using them in installations running for multiple hours Only sensible way to find out would be to test it while running a Logger
