Can someone please give me some advice or point in the direction of some, as to how to use digital sensors and digipots to control the PD patches I'm loading onto my Bela? I've tried a digitpot to change the value of a number object, but instead of a sweep, I get a series of bangs as it turns. Is there a way to convert it to a value and basically use it like an analog pot?
I know that in Arduino IDE, you can map the pwm of the square wave generated by the sensor and create a decent substitute for what an analog sensor would do. But if I want to do this on Bela, would I have to integrate an Arduino to do that mapping or is there some way in PD?
