I am not sure how that would work. I'd assume the GUI communicates through the language, so I guess it should work as long as you are controlling scsynth running on Bela from the Sc IDE running on your computer (this last part is explained here) . But I am just guessing, as this is beyond my knowledge of how Sc works internally.
