I have a C++ patch set to run on boot. The patch works fine but is quite heavy on the CPU (around 78 % at a buffer size of 16). I sometimes have trouble accessing the IDE from the USB connection. I try resetting via the on-board button, ejecting the Bela and plugging it in again, and sometimes simply cutting its power (I power it from an adapter), but none seem to work.
I suspect that the reason for not getting access is the patch already running, but is there a way around this? Bela shows up as a device in my finder window.
Often I just need to cut power a number of times and then suddenly I get access.
