Hi @giuliomoro , could you share the proper code in the file /etc/dhcp/dhcpd.conf ?
I still get this:
ifup: configuring interface wlan0=wlan0 (inet)
/bin/run-parts --exit-on-error --verbose /etc/network/if-pre-up.d
run-parts: executing /etc/network/if-pre-up.d/hostapd
hostapd: /usr/sbin/hostapd -B -P /run/hostapd.wlan0.pid /etc/hostapd/hostapd.conf
Configuration file: /etc/hostapd/hostapd.conf
Could not open configuration file '/etc/hostapd/hostapd.conf' for reading.
Failed to set up interface with /etc/hostapd/hostapd.conf
Failed to initialize interface
run-parts: executing /etc/network/if-pre-up.d/wireless-tools
run-parts: executing /etc/network/if-pre-up.d/wpasupplicant
/bin/ip addr add 192.168.30.1/255.255.255.0 broadcast 192.168.30.255 dev wlan0 label wlan0
/bin/ip link set dev wlan0 up
/bin/run-parts --exit-on-error --verbose /etc/network/if-up.d
run-parts: executing /etc/network/if-up.d/avahi-daemon
run-parts: executing /etc/network/if-up.d/openssh-server
run-parts: executing /etc/network/if-up.d/upstart
run-parts: executing /etc/network/if-up.d/wpasupplicant
probably I am adding this incorrectly:
subnet 192.168.30.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 {
range 192.168.30.2 192.168.30.254;
}
where that should be?
Thank in advance.
