There is only one stereo audio DAC, so you can only have two audio outputs (left/right) you then have individual control over the level of headphones out vs line out.
Remember that the analog outs are lower quality than the audio ones, but they may be good enough for monitoring. You could perhaps do without the audio expander capelet, and just add a capacitor to each output for ac-coupling...
