Trill with PD causing "Underrun detected"

Hi there,
I started working with Bela a couple of days ago. And I love it!
I have some trouble with a trill bar and my pd patch:
I play samples with tabread4~ using a trill bar and/or a midi controller for the speed.
When using the trill I got a lot of "Underrun detected: 1 blocks dropped".
I don't get that when using the midi controller (at least far less).
So I guess, it is something between the trill and pure data, I need to adjust? Buffer, bit??
Since I am not a pro in coding, I hope someone could help me out.

Could you send an example of patch that reproduces this behaviour? Ultimately, the easiest solution is probably to increase the block size of the Bela program from the IDE (needs to restart the program for the setting to be applied)
