comunication with Ableton

Hello,
I started a small project of a synth on supercollider that receive midi notes from Ableton Live. Everything works ok on windows 10 , but when I connect the bela to a Mac it does'nt work ( i tried with 2 mac running on os10.6 and another on Catalina). Live does see the bela on os10.6, and I can connect to the Bela IDE too, but it seems that Live does not send to Bela.
And another question... I did'nt get to send midi to Ableton Live from the Bela (it doesn't work neither on Windows). Anybody can give me a snipet of code to send MIDI?

Wow, I am surprised the IDE shows up on 10.6. Did it need drivers? Does Bela show up as a MIDI device on the two macos computers?

Yes it shows up as MIDI device on os10.6, I don't have the other computer to test with it, for the moment.

Can you try sending MIDI from a different program on your computer (e.g.: pure data) ?
