AndyCap Hi Guys, All my lovely sensors have arrived. I'm just wondering what the maximum clock speed is? Cheers Andy
giuliomoro You must be one of the first ones who received it (good thing I added the Trill tag to the forum an hour ago)! 400kHz https://www.cypress.com/file/138731/download We are finishing up docs / datasheet / examples https://learn.bela.io/trill << knowledge base, the one-stop shop https://github.com/BelaPlatform/Trill-Arduino << well, Arduino library https://github.com/BelaPlatform/Trill << contains generic linux examples. I am working on an OSC interface here at the moment. https://github.com/BelaPlatform/Bela << now the master branch contains the latest shiny Trill examples Note, as you have a Salt: I am not sure what's going wrong but it seems they don't play nicely with the I2C-2 bus on the BBG (which is the one that is available on the grove connector). Needs some more investigation in the coming days.
AndyCap Thanks for all the info I will have a good look. I was going to post in the Bela tag and then noticed the trill one, was a bit surprised I was the first to post! I'll connect some of them up tomorrow and let you know how it goes...
giuliomoro another thing if you are using them with Bela is that images before v0.3.7b will have the i2c-1 bus speed set to 100kHz, while starting from that version, it's boosted to 400kHz. This can be backported/retrofitted on an existing image by getting the latest version of this into /opt/bb.org-overlays and doing make clean && make && make install.
